What does your everyday disc golf routine look like?

70% of my training is fieldwork, so my typical discgolf day is 1 hour fieldwork before work, 1,5 hour weight lifting or conditioning after work, and 1,5 hour short game practice in the evening. I’m really focusing on my mental game in my training sessions, so I prefer shorter throwing sessions. A perfect week of disc golf for me with no competitions or distractions means approximately 1400 throws.

Tell us about your favorite Kastaplast disc

K1 Kaxe Z (use it for all my fairway drives) and K3 Berg (all forehand upshots which I prefer).

What is your best disc golf memory?

My silver medal in the Norwegian National Championship in 2018 stands as my best memory, with lead card all rounds and as a leader most of the time.

Name one of your odd talents, or, what you like to do when not throwing plastic

My oddest talent has to be whistling. I whistle a lot, and usually whistle when I play. I’m trying to not have to many hobbies, as it usually takes up most of my time.
