What does your everyday disc golf routine look like?
Casual rounds with my forever doubles partner and two dogs, weeklies and tournaments on the weekend. I work from home so I get to use putting practice as movement breaks, and at the very least get my putting reps in on the daily.
Tell us about your favorite Kastaplast disc?
My first Kastaplast disc was a K3 Reko, and it was at a time when I decided to get really serious about my short game. I can’t not play favorites with my putter since it is such a crucial relationship, but it’s also the best throwing putter off the tee and for upshots so I make room for 3-4 Rekos everywhere I go. With that said, I can’t walk away without mentioning the Falk. I love woods golf and that disc is simply the best for hitting any line with distance.
What is your best disc golf memory?
Too many, but being apart of team Kastaplast will forever go down as the best!
Name one of your odd talents, or, what you like to do when not throwing plastic
I can ID and know the Latin names of a lot of plants. It’s a fun skill and sometimes a very welcome distraction to have out at various courses, especially when traveling and learning what types of environments make each course unique. When not throwing plastic I like to spend my time exploring the Cascades.
